1) Cavity Cord Slacking

Appearance: The cords in the lateral wall of cavity crack and loosen

Probable cause(s): The inner cord is compressed to loosen beProbable cause(s) of over flex fatigue which results from more deflection and stress downward shifting to lower sidewall of the tire service in overload and under inflation condition for a long time.

2) Tire Cavity Separation

Appearance: The separation happens between crown and body ply, shoulder and body ply or each layer of body ply without puncture and rolling.

Probable cause(s): Worse adhesive force in body ply, leakage of bladder or bag

3)      Cavity Cord Flashing

Appearance: All steel radial tire cavity cord local flashing (without steel rupturing).

Probable cause(s): Too thin of squeegee, too narrow of building drum, under compaction of belts and casing, or loosing of steel wire.
