1)     Bead Chafe

Appearance: Bead chafer frazzled or even exposure of the bead wire.

Probable cause(s): The size of rim and tire is mismatched or distorted and rusted rim;overload or low inflation.

1)      Bead Cuts

Appearance: The bead chafer broken in regular

Probable cause(s): Relative isplacement between rim and bead toe Probable cause(s)d by undue mounting of the retaining snap ring to tire can cut the chafer.

2)      Burned Beads

Appearance: Rough,brittle,distorted and discolored hard surface in the bead area.

Probable cause(s):Excessive heat exposure caused by frequent hard braking.

3)      Torn Beads

Appearance: Bead heel rubber is torn.

Probable cause(s): Damaged or bent rims.

4)      Distorted Beads

Appearance: Distorted in bead seat area

Probable cause(s): Improper use of equipment tools; shipping damage.

5)      Bead Burst

Appearance: Bursting in bead area or even with worse damage extending to shoulder area.

Probable cause(s): the single tire is overloaded during fast wheeling with vehicle over burthen and over speed running or Probable cause(s)d by bump shock during passing the roadblock and hog wallow.

6)      Bead Crack

Appearance: Bead area of all steel radial tire cracks in whole or part circumference.

Probable cause(s): Overload seriously or under inflation can make the stress concentrate on the top of turn-up of steel cord body ply.

7)      Bead Separation

Appearance: The bead wire separates from body ply and the filaments in chafer is carbonized.

Probable cause(s): Dislocation of the bead wire, turn-up of body ply is unfitting and under compaction between bead wire and body ply.
